RPA - Regenerative Protien Array & Muse Infused RPA

REGENERATIVE PROTEIN ARRAY (RPA)

RPA is a sophisticated array of proteins, growth factors, and cytokines derived from placental tissue. RPA is produced by placing placental tissue in a specialized bioreactor that supports the tissue’s secretion of numerous cytokines and growth factors, yielding a concentrated source of the regenerative factors inherent in placental tissue. It is estimated to be 1000 times more potent than platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Clinicians can administer RPA in multiple ways, depending on clinical need. This versatility makes RPA suitable for a range of medical applications. Since the product lacks DNA or whole cells, it significantly reduces the risk of adverse reactions.

The FDA regulates the manufacturing, processing, and distribution of drugs, but allows licensed clinicians to make therapy use and care decisions in collaboration with patients.

What Is MUSE-Infused RPA?

MUSE-Infused RPA Regenerative Protein Arrays™ (RPA) contain proteins extracted from MUSE (Multilineage Differentiating Stress-Enduring) cells — a rare, stress-resistant, highly pluripotent, non-tumorigenic, regenerative cell population. MUSE Infused RPA is an acellular / non-DNA product that contains 0.50 mg of RPA with a 20% MUSE protein enhancement.

The Discovery of MUSE Cells

Researchers discovered MUSE cells at Tohoku University while studying mesenchymal stem cell subpopulations that survived extreme stress conditions, including hypoxia, low temperatures, and enzymatic stress. Researchers identified that these rare cells demonstrated unique stress-enduring and repair-associated signaling characteristics distinct from generic stromal cell populations.

Why MUSE Biology Matters

MUSE biology is associated with enhanced cellular resilience, anti-inflammatory signaling, cytoprotective activity, angiogenic support, neuro-supportive repair signaling, and ‘repair-priority’ traits. MUSE-Infused RPA is designed to provide a more complete regenerative signaling environment than either approach alone.
